Fm (F minor) is yet another one of those pesky barre chords. It is commonly played in 3 different variations.
All 3 variations are using barre but as you can see some are easier than the others. Fm chord is not super popular. It is very likely that you will come across F#m first (exactly same chord shapes just built starting on the 2st fret).

You will probably use F minor chord the most in keys of Db major and Ab major (if you ever play in those).
